In Hobart, your habitat, an award winning specialty homewares retailer, have VIP shopping events where customers can visit their store and participate in tastings, hands-on demonstrations, and other activities that are usually provided by suppliers. Last night, your habitat conducted their VIP shopping event for Autumn.

your habitat launched their Autumn Catalogue, had demonstrations of the Electrolux Lavazza ‘Premium Milk’ coffee machine and ‘Semak VitaJuice’ cold press juicer and tasting of Tasmanian wines in conjunction with Plumm wine glasses.
Tania from Rae’s Florist did floral arrangements and explained which vase to use for each arrangement.
I provided advice on how to make sourdough bread in conjunction with tastings. I demonstrated how to make the bread (with Four Leaf’s special 85% flour) and had sourdough kits, proving bowls, workshop vouchers and Patlin Gardens Olive Oil for purchase.

I was overwhelmed by the initial interest and response and the evening was very busy.
